How to disable "Negotiation Required" checkbox in Enter Requisition Line?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a way to automate a specific behavior in Oracle Fusion Self Service Procurement (SSP) - Classic UI.

Current Scenario:
When a user is on the "Enter Requisition Line" screen, the checkbox "Negotiation Required" is sometimes checked by default, even when there is an active Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) available for that specific item.

Requirement:
I would like the system to automatically uncheck "Negotiation Required" (or keep it unchecked) if a valid/active BPA is found for the item being entered. The goal is to prevent purchase requisitions linked to Blanket Purchase Agreements from being sent to the buyer's workstation (screen "Process Requisitions").
