how to load a snapshot to test

I need to upload a snapshot to my test environment. It is not the daily one, it is one I ran at a specific time. It is too large to upload to the test environment. I tried following the EPM Automate directions. First I tried copying it directly from prod to test, but it won't pick up the correct name. I also tried using upload file, but it can't find the file in the C drive loaction.

How can I load this to test? where do I need to save the file for it to be recognized?
