how do I find out which Fusion base tables are used in ADW/FDI tables and view?

I have an FDI report that uses a view (OAX_USER.CER_PO_DETAILS) that is only available on the ADW side but doesn't exist on the ATP side. This view is made of "OOTB" tables which I can query in ADW but not in ATP. The describe on the tables doesn't help me find out which base tables in Fusion are used to make this table. How can I find a way to see what it takes to recreate this table on the ATP side?
