Unable to install Oracle BI Publisher facing an issue.

I've downloaded and installed Oracle BI Publisher, but i'm getting an error saying I need to uninstall the current version using Add or Remove Programs from Control Panel. But this is the first time i've installed and also had a check there is no existing version.

Version (include the version you are using, if applicable):

Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 64 bit

Did any one face this issue. Kindly suggest on this.
