Interview Scheduling Links Remain Active After Requisition is Unposted

Summary:

We are currently using automatic interview invitations, where candidates receive a self-scheduling link immediately after applying.

We’ve received consistent feedback from our restaurant managers regarding a gap in this functionality when requisitions are unposted.

📊 Current Behavior

• Candidate applies to a requisition
• System automatically sends an interview scheduling link
• Requisition is later unposted (position no longer needed)
• Candidate still has access to the scheduling link and is able to book an interview

🚨 Issue

Even after a requisition is unposted:

• Candidates can still schedule interviews
• Interview links remain active indefinitely
• Managers are receiving scheduled interviews for positions that are no longer open
