Zip File for 'Identifying Authorized Hosted Named Users' no longer available?
Summary:
Hi, I used to be the primary person managing Oracle Licenses and would utilize the 'Identifying Authorized Hosted Named Users' reports which provided the following four reports:
Authorized User Names by Service
Authorized User Privileges by Service
Authorized User Names by Service Details
Anonymized Authorized User Names by Service Details.
The reports specifically address 2 questions customers often have:
- I want a report that just lists the users that have access to each of my services that I have subscribed to.
- I want to find out what privileges (entitlements) my authorized users have and how they get them, so that I can check they have the correct security setup and only have authorized access to the services that I want them to be able to access.
