cannot add property to existing expense lease

Summary:

I Created 2 Properties,

both of them are leased & Available for Lease

However I am not able to add to existing expense lease

NO Properties is showing up in searching when adding in Lease->Asset->property area

but I am able to add these 2 properties to New expense Lease

However,

OUR Requirement is to ADD property to existing expense Lease and we can create sublease for these EXISTING expense lease

I do have one Oracle SR Open

wondering if anybody else have similar issue
