Procurement agent license

Hi,

Oracle counts licenses based on privileges, regardless of the module. If I assign the Procurement Agent setup to a user, will it result in a separate license being counted even if the user does not have any chargeable privileges as per the document below?

For example, if a user has the following privileges, they would be counted toward licensing:

• PO_VIEW_PURCHASING_WORKAREA_PRIV
• PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_WORKAREA_PRIV

However, if a user does not have any privileges listed in the document but is assigned as a Procurement Agent, will that still count toward licensing?
