Submitter or Hiring Manager Unable to View Requisition Approval Status – Instance Behavior Mismatch

Hi Team,

We are observing an unexpected behavior in our Fusion Recruiting instances related to job requisition approval visibility for Hiring Managers, and we need your assistance to investigate and fix the issue.

Issue Description

  • When a Hiring Manager submits a job requisition, the approval is triggered correctly in both instances as per the configured approval rules.
  • However, there is a difference in approval visibility between the two instances:
    • In Instance A, the Hiring Manager (who is also the submitter) is able to see the requisition approval status and approval details at the requisition level.
    • In Instance B, the approval status is visible only to Admin users. The Hiring Manager (submitter) is not able to see the approval status at the requisition level. Approval in Progress.
