Mitigating Bot Activity on Blind Forms

We are currently leveraging Eloqua’s blind form functionality to process email clicks for our send campaigns. This setup naturally converts link clicks into form submissions, as they are tied to a blind form process within Eloqua. We then sync this data to SFDC campaigns for sales follow-up.

However, we are experiencing a significant surge in bot activity. These automated clicks are being recorded as valid engagement, resulting in 'ghost' leads being sent to SFDC. This creates friction with our Sales team, as they are reaching out to prospects who never actually interacted with our content.

I raised a support request with Oracle, but the standard response didn't resolve the issue. Does anyone have a proven workaround to filter out these 'ghost' clicks before they reach our CRM?

Howdy, Stranger!
