Job Sub‑Family Field Not Accessible in Autocomplete Rules

Summary:

Visual Builder Studio business rules validate data only at the UI level and are not enforced when data is loaded through HSDL/HDL. We have a requirement to validate Job Sub‑Family and Job Function values when creating a new Job via HSDL/HDL. To address this, we attempted to create an Autocomplete Rule of Object Validation Rule Type for the Create Job. However, while creating the rule, the Job Sub‑Family field isn’t available for assignment to a variable, which prevents us from implementing the required validation logic.

Clarification Required on following -

• Is Job Sub‑Family supported for use in Autocomplete Rules for the Create Job business object?
