Is there a way if I apply for an event in career site it automatically creates a candidate pools?

We have a request from our Talent Team regarding setting up a Questionnaire for prospective candidates at Hiring Events.

Ideally, there would be a link that prospective candidates can access at the Hiring event that would direct them to a Questionnaire. This would create a candidate pool from that event that recruiters can then view the candidates and assess their responses for opportunities. We would not want to direct them to apply for a role only to complete the questionnaire.

Is this functionality feasible in ORC?
