OK button is now visible under Specializations but other buttons appear in other pages

I applied the fix of the original post 'OK button not visible under Specializations' (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/712311) :

Steps to Resolve:

  1. Create a Sandbox and enable the Page Composer tool.
  2. Navigate to the page where the issue occurs (Add Activity page for Specialization).
  3. Open Page Composer.
  4. Select Structure.
  5. Locate the component commandToolbarButton:OK.
  6. Set it to Show Component.
  7. Publish the Sandbox.

I followed the steps and it resolved the issue. On the other hand, it created duplicates buttons in other pages. Did I miss a step or did something wrong? Is there a way to keep the changes only to the Specialization page?
