ORA_WLF_BYPASS_PROXY_KEY Profile Option Missing After 26A Upgrade

We are observing following the upgrade of our Oracle Fusion HCM environment to Release 26A.

Issue Description:

Post-upgrade, the profile option ORA_WLF_BYPASS_PROXY_KEY is no longer visible under the following navigation path:

Setup and Maintenance → Manage Administrator Profile Values

Could you please advise on the following:

Whether ORA_WLF_BYPASS_PROXY_KEY has been deprecated, renamed in Release 26A?

If any new profile option or configuration replaces this functionality
