Yesterday, the BPM approval rule for LearningRequestApproval was updated to include the ILT learning item condition, as per Oracle Support recommendations. Additionally, Default Access was corrected to ensure the initial learning record status is set to Requested at both the Course and Offering levels.

The BPM Task Configuration was also reviewed to validate assignment rules, approval actions, and task visibility.

Upon retesting:

  • Enrollment status is correctly set to Requested
  • No bell notification is received by the manager
  • BPM approval task is generated in Worklist under
