Edit LOV of the Education Level field

Hello,

we would like to modify the value list of the Education Level field in the section where you add your work experience and qualifications obtained during the Job Application process on the career site.

We have modified the values ​​present for the lookup HRT_EDUCATION_LEVEL, but these do not correspond to the values ​​of the field on the career site.

Could someone tell me where I can find the correct LoV to modify?
