ARCS Preparer should get notification immediately the reviewer rejects the reconciliation
Hi,
The preparer user wants to get the notification immediately, if the reconciliation gets rejected.
We have tried to achieve it, by selecting the below option.

After enabling this option, the user is getting email notification after the rec is rejected, but they are also getting notification when recs got created and period is open as that time also the status becomes "Open with Preparer". lets say user is preparer of 100 recs, then he is getting 100 email with Subject "Action Required" (1 email for each rec). Is there any other better way of doing it. Also, the email is just saying Action required, it does not say that the reconciliation got rejected. Kindly suggest, if anyone has done this for similar situation.
