Redwood: Intermittent Submit Requisition Error

in Self Service Procurement

Summary: We are seeing intermittent issue (30% of requisitions are failing due to this) where Submit Requisition is failing from UI and REST API. Page keeps spinning for long time and gives the error as shown below.

We have created 4-0002384374 to work with support team.

Anyone else having similar issue? Seems to us that we cannot be the only customers impacted by this.
