External Recruiters ability to Create or Submit Offers – Looking for options

Summary:

We have a group of external recruiters who need to actively participate in recruiting, including creating and submitting job offers in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Key details:

  • These users are not employees in Core HCM.
  • They have been assigned a Recruiting Manager job role, which includes the functional privileges to initiate and update job offers.
  • They cannot create or edit offer forms (the action is disabled or fails).

We have no appetite to onboard these external recruiters as Employees, Contingent Workers, or Nonworkers in Core HCM.
