Position Change and New Position Workflow
In my organization most transactions have an approval workflow that routes based on the worker's representative (the person that has the HR Rep or HRBP Area of Responsibility with the scope of the department in the org hierarchy tree that the worker is in is the one that approves most transactions).
My question is, if we have a position with no incumbent, or a position is being requested, is there a way to set up the workflow/approval routing so that it looks at the Department of the position and routes it to the HR Rep/BP who has the AORs to approve for that department?
