Requisition By Cost Not able to Update Cost

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

We have reports that Users cannot update the cost when using Redwood Self Service Procurement. Previously, in the Classic UI pages this could be done (According to users). Does anyone know if anything would prevent users from Updating the Cost on a requisition after submission? They claim they can update requisitions by quantity just fine but not cost. Does anyone know if this is an issue or have any suggestions for what to check?
