Learning User Groups – Filter Issue & Upload Template

Summary:
We are working with User Groups in Oracle HCM Learning and need some clarification on a couple of options available while defining user groups.
We see the following options available:
- Person
- Person Number List
- Person Work Email List
- Worker Assignments Filtered List
- Learning Assignments Filtered List
- Analysis Report Criteria
Issue 1:
When selecting Worker Assignments Filtered List or Learning Assignments Filtered List, no values are appearing in the dropdown. The Rule Name field is blank and does not show any options.
Could you please help us understand - What configurations are required for these options to display values?
or are any setup steps needed to populate the Rule Name?
