Need to hide US diversity question “Select the races you identify with” on external Apply flow

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

On our external career site , US‑posted requisitions show the diversity prompt “Select the races you identify with.” We need to hide this question for compliance/experience reasons while keeping other fields (e.g., Gender) available.

What we see

  • The race prompt appears for US job applications even though we set “Minority Group” to Not visible / Not required in HCM Experience Design Studio → Transaction Design Studio → Recruiting – Candidate Application Diversity and Disability.
  • In our tenant, the Ethnicity data source isn’t present in the Available Attributes dropdown (we only see sources like Demographic Info, Personal Details, Minority Group, Religion, Disability Info
