Miscellaneous Issue with projects is decreasing my expenditure

Hi Team,

This is super critical for us. I would like some expert guidance on the same. we did multiple testing and this is how the system behaves. We are not sure the right method to adopt. We are using PDSC model and this is our business case.

This is with respective to stock consumption and we want the expenditure to be added to the project cost when we transfer this material to project it should hit the expenditure creating a positive line and not negative line. We did two types of testing where one rendered a positive line and a negative line for the other.
