Cannot Search for and Add Items in Redwood Sourcing

We are not able to search for and add items in Redwood Sourcing

Version we are right now using is 26A.

We have enabled the already enabled the below profile options:
Profile option - ORA_PON_SOURCING_REDWOOD_ENABLED, ORA_PON_CREATE_NEGOTIATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
The ESS jobs we have run is:
ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS. fa-prc-pon-managenegotiations, fa-prc-pon-negotiationresponses, fa-prc-pon-buyermessages

Kindly let us know who has come up with above issue & how to resolve the same.
