Self Paced Certificate default settings in VBS

Description (Required):

We would like to be able to default in self paced learning to by default always Provide completion certificate and using a specific certificate. Can this be built into the Visual Builder Studio settings to allow for this?

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Currently we have to tick the box and add the certificate manually each time a self paced course is created. This is very different to the default provided certificates on courses. In order to reduce the work load in creating these courses if we could default set defaults to be have certificate and turn it off when this is not required it would be better
