While Creating a Catalog or catalog category, the code to be auto populated with unique value

Summary:

When catalog catgory is created, the category code is auto populated with category name. However, we create same category names for different catalogs. In that case, the ystem give error saying category code needs a unique value.

Can category code be auto populated to a unique value so that the system does not give unique value error when we create same category name on another catalog?
