Inconsistency in field display in Activity Centers

We are noticing inconsistency in data display on My & Team Activity Centers

For Team Activity Center, in VBS Page property rules, we marked Enable Communication info as False. When we click on Team Activity center, the landing page displays Communication section. If I click on any employee record & come back to this main page on Team activity center, communication section is gone. For My Activity center, we are seeing similar issue with performance rating section. It displays on landing page, if we click on any other section & come back to this page, it is gone. On landing page of My activity center, Public holidays , payslip, work anniversary is shown.
