26B Oracle Learning Redwood Implementation Recommendation Needed

Summary:

We're beginning a Learning implementation for a net new Oracle HCM client. We're looking for Oracle's recommendation for implementing the Learning Administrative Experience, and whether it is currently recommended to proceed with the existing Responsive experience for creating courses, offerings, and activities, or if we should instead proceed with the new Self-Paced Learning and Event pages in place of the offering-activity structure.

A key consideration here is that the client will need to group courses through Specializations, and from my research it does not seem possible to add Self-Paced Learnings and Events to Specializations yet. Additionally, the client will go live with this functionality in Production in 27A, and I have found Oracle documentation indicating that Offerings will be disabled in 27A.
