Unable to create candidate on behalf of Agency

Dear Team,

We have a requirement to create candidates from the recruiter login on behalf of the agency. However, we are unable to select agency name either thru manual or HDL approach due to a limitation in the application.

When using the agent login, unable to select the agency name while creating the record manually.

Upload the candidate record with agency name.
