Is it possible to preserve report prompts?

Summary:

Here is a screenshot from a PowerBI dashboard.

I selected two members (highlighted in the green box). The report shows me details for the selected members and their total, for example.

What’s important is that when I close the dashboard and open it later, it remembers my selections and displays the values for the two members I selected earlier. I can select more than two if needed, and it will remember those selections as well.

I know I can do the same "cherry-picking" selection using prompts in NR reports, but it won’t remember my prompts - I’ll need to go through the selection process again each time I run the report.
