Title: ORC Career Site Grade Filter LOV Sort Order Configuration

Body: We are implementing ORC Career Site. Requirement is to display grades in logical order on career site grade filter LOV (Ungraded first, then G series, NO series, P series, D series, E series). We have configured PER_GRADES_DF with Sort Order numeric segment on ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER1. Values populated on all grades. Search index run. Grades still appear in random order. What is the correct configuration to control grade display sort order on ORC External Career Site filter LOV?
