aging by severity

Summary:

I am trying to create a stacked bar chart, that will show aging of incidents, by severity, for incidents that are not closed.

We are working in buckets of: 0-15, 15-30, 30-60, 60-90 & +90, and want to have the 5 bars of the categories mentioned, stacked by severity
