Mass Document Downloads multiple DOR filter

We currently have 75,000+ employees across multiple business units, legal entities, departments, and countries.

We need to download Document of Records (DOR) for these employees based on specific criteria such as Country and Business Unit.

Is there an option in Oracle HCM to create a reusable filter (similar to an eligibility profile) that can be used for mass document downloads?
