Bug with redwood: Default forms rendering

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

Summary:

We have noticed our vbs rules aren't rendering occasionally to users - causing them to see all fields visible on the page - the Default rule set.

It appears then that our custom rule sets aren't apply in that browser session - the only way to fix this is to get the users to log off and on / reset cache and cookies.

Has anyone else reported similar?

Background:

We have deployed recruiting redwood into live. After a month of use, we have users reporting that DFF fields are appearing sometimes - these should be hidden via our VBS rules( the are set to 'always apply'). These fields that should be hidden are sensitive data such as Recuriter comments and Midpoint salary on the job-detail page.
