Contract Request Interaction tables

Customer is requesting access to all tables for querying purpose that contains data from Contract Request interaction , they need to build a custom report that shows all interaction into the contract requests.

I reviewed Oracle documentation and found no table available for this information. I need to know the exact table name where all Contract Request interactions are stored.

I opened a SR, and they mentioned those tables /PVO bellow, but it is not possible to query, once I got this error: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist https://docs.oracle.com/error-help/db/ora-00942/
