Spend classification batch upload error

I am encountering an Error during batch upload prior to approving the batch. I cannot proceed with approval since the Error prevents the upload. The error does not provide any context so I am unable to check if there is an issue with the batch file?

First I create batch files, convert to Excel and save via Teams. Next the team will complete their review and update with any manual categorization. Once complete, VLOOKUP back to original batch file which has been downloaded a second time.
