Server Timeout when preparing source lines Mass Additions

Summary:

I have to change the status of Assets from on-hold to Post on Mass Additions for 24k assets
When using the prepare source line in spreadsheet the limit is 5000 rows.
When posting/submitting the asset, it takes much time and I get the error Server timeout.
How to resolve it urgently please?
