PO Communication Email Not Triggering in Test Env (Working in Prod)

Hi,

We have an email notification that is sent to the email addresses listed in the Communication Email field once a PO is approved. This email is also triggered when a change order is created after the initial approval. Currently, this functionality is working in the Production environment, and we are planning to update the email template.

For example, for below PO: the communication method is set to Email, and the email addresses are entered in the Communication Email text box. Once this PO is approved—or a change order is created after approval—the addresses listed in the Communication Email box will automatically receive a
