Can TCC (Taleo Connect Client 22A.1) support the latest windows server versions?

We are currently on the latest version available is 22A.1. Can TCC (Taleo Connect Client) support the latest windows server versions? Documentations  says you support up to version 2016 but we would like to know if you support newer versions.
