Unable to view new values in IBY_SERVICE_LEVEL lookup

Summary:

Hi Team,

we are looking to adda new value to "Service Level" list of values on Payment process profile screen.

One of the note said we can add new values in "Manage standard lookups" under lookup type "IBY_SERVICE_LEVEL". I did add it, but still new value not visible under above screen.

Am I missing any steps? or we can any values other than seeded ones?
