Summary: We have some service users (mainly those users through which Integrations are run or programs are scheduled) which are defined as either Employee or as Contingent worker. They should have been defined as service account instead.
We have these users in live production system. Now we want to update them to service account. How can this be done without having disruptions in the live system?
