Project Budget change order implement and complete to automate

Summary:

We have created change order and updated the change order using the API and the change order got created to the project. As a final step going into the UI to make the change order to implement and complete.

We are currently doing data migration of existing change order in the current E-bus environment and we are looking to automate this step of implementing and making the change order complete automatically through backend.

Need help how we can do it, is there a API or business event or any other method so that we can make the change order to implement and complete.
