Tracking Which Job Requisition Approval Rule Was Triggered

We currently have multiple approval rules set up for job requisitions in our system. For auditing and reporting purposes, we want to identify exactly which approval rule was triggered for each job requisition.

Our goal is to:

1. Understand the approval workflow for each requisition
2. Ensure the correct rules are being applied
3. Troubleshoot any inconsistencies in approvals

Has anyone implemented a way to track this? Ideally, we’re looking for either:

1. A method to log the triggered rule per requisition
2. A report that clearly shows which rule applied to which requisition

Any tips, best practices, or examples would be greatly appreciated!
