Using UDAs in Valid intersection or Cell Level Security

Hello experts,

I need to apply UDA's in Valid Intersection and Cell Level Security to create dynamic "filters" but is not applicable, just I can use attributes or substitution variables… Is there any form to activate this or any workaround?

I can't apply Groovy because my client has standard licence. (Idk if with groovy is possible to achieve my requeriment, if is ok, please explain me for my other projects.)
