Oracle Smart View for Office does not retain or auto-populate the last-used login username when connecting to an Oracle EPM/Cloud service. Each time Smart View is reopened, the username field appears blank, requiring the user to re-enter credentials manually.

I am experiencing an issue where Oracle Smart View for Office fails to remember the last login username.
For Edge/Chrome browsers, the login screen would populate the username automatically when I login the Planning UI.
Now, each restart of Excel results in a blank username field.
