If HCM Cloud is not in an environment, would HCM end points still be available?

Hi Oracle Team,

I would like to request some clarification regarding the dependency of certain Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities om Oracle HCM cloud.

  1. We are particularly focused on data used in Expenses and Procurement Approval workflows, including:
    1. Employee records
    2. Supervisory hierarchy
    3. Job / job level
    4. Legal entity
    5. Default expense account

If Oracle HCM Cloud is not present in an environment, would the supervisory hierarchy and job levels still be available either on the front end-UI or via REST points in Oracle Fusion Finance/Procurement/Expenses or would these features become unavailable or non-functional?

2. If these capabilities depend on Oracle HCM Cloud, are there recommended alternatives for Managing approval hierarchies, supporting approval workflows without HCM?
