How to restrict the candidates for hiring manager

Two job requisitions were created: Test1 (Mgr Talent Operations) and Test2 (Office Manager).

For Test1, two candidates applied: Test1_1_Last and Test1_2_Last.
For Test2, two candidates applied: Test2_1_Last and Test2_2_Last.

Each requisition has a different Hiring Manager.

Current Behavior:
The Hiring Manager for Test1 can view candidates from both Test1 and Test2 requisitions.

Expected Behavior:
The Hiring Manager for Test1 should only be able to view candidates who applied to Test1.
They should not have access to candidates from Test2.

Note:

1. The role “WSI Non Retail Hiring Manager” is assigned to both Hiring Managers.
2. The Job Requisition Security Profile is associated with this data role and is configured with restrictions based on the Hiring Manager.
