Contracts Redlining feature as of 26A

Summary:

Hi,

In Enterprise Contracts, is Contract terms redlining feature for any/both buyer org and supplier (on supplier portal) available as of 26A?

Is Redlining feature available if buyer org is just using Procurement Contracts and Sourcing (no Enterprise Contracts)? Meaning for a negotiation to create a BPA/PO with contract terms, can buyer org and supplier (on supplier portal) do redlining of the Contract Terms attached to the negotiation?

I have seen other posts on this question but they are not current and would appreciate current status in Oracle?
