Adding Options to "Req Specific Status" Drop-down

Summary:

I would like to add more options to the "Requisition-specific candidate Status" drop-down. I can see the options on the back-end, however, not in the drop-down. How can I add them?

I have added the options on the back-end and even created alerts for the approrpriate users, however, in the actuall drop-down, I don't see the options.

Taleo Business Edition
